Ro Wellness may prescribe FDA-approved medications or, when clinically appropriate, compounded medications prepared by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Raven will explain your options and costs.

Why do you ask health questions before I book?
So your visit isn’t spent on paperwork. Raven reviews your answers ahead of time and comes to your consultation ready to talk about your options.
Do I qualify for GLP-1 weight loss?
GLP-1 medications are generally prescribed for adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure or prediabetes. Some health histories make them unsafe. Raven decides after reviewing your history and labs.
Which GLP-1 medications do you prescribe?
Options may include FDA-approved brand-name medications and, when clinically appropriate, compounded medications from a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Raven will walk you through the differences, including cost.
How do I know if I have low testosterone?
Symptoms can point to it, but only lab testing confirms it. Raven orders the right tests, reviews them with you and only recommends treatment if it’s appropriate.
Where are you located? Can I be seen online?
Ro Wellness is located inside Palmetto Sea Salt Therapy at 2843 W. Palmetto St, Suite A, Florence, SC 29501. Visits are by appointment, in person or by secure video. Call or text 843-942-9469. Get directions.
Which states do you serve?
Raven is licensed in South Carolina. In-person visits are at the Florence office, and for video visits you need to be located in South Carolina at the time of your appointment.
Do you take insurance?
Ro Wellness is cash-based with upfront pricing. Credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible services. Insurance may be accepted for certain lab services, but coverage isn’t guaranteed, so please check your benefits. Discounted self-pay lab pricing is available.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Cancel or reschedule free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee or lose their deposit.

This Privacy Policy explains how Ro Wellness LLC (“Ro Wellness,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit rowellness.net (the “Site”). Ro Wellness is a health and wellness practice located at 2843 W. Palmetto St, Suite A, Florence, South Carolina 29501.
If you become a patient, your medical information is protected health information under the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). How we use and protect that information is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which controls if it conflicts with this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. The Site does not ask you to submit health information. If you contact us by phone, text or email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and the reason you are reaching out.
Online booking. Appointments are booked through our scheduling and patient records provider, Jane App. When you select “Choose a time” or another booking button, you leave this Site and enter information directly into Jane. Jane collects and stores that information on our behalf under a business associate agreement, and its handling is also governed by Jane’s own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our fonts may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. We use this only to deliver, secure and improve the Site.
Accessibility and display settings. If you change settings in our accessibility menu, such as text size or contrast, those preferences are saved only in your own browser so they stay in place when you return. They are not sent to us.

Advertising and tracking
We do not sell your personal information. We do not place advertising or social media tracking pixels on our booking pages, and we do not share information that identifies you as a patient with advertising platforms. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will use them in a way that does not disclose health information and will update this policy.
Text messages and email
If you give us your phone number or email address, we may contact you about appointments, forms and your care. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or ask us to stop emails at any time. We will not use your contact information for marketing without your permission.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the practice and are required to protect it (such as our scheduling, records, payment and email providers), when required by law, or to protect the safety of you or others.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive health details through regular email or text. If a breach of your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by HIPAA and South Carolina law.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
Links to other sites
The Site links to services such as Jane App and Google Maps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.

Our responsibilities
- We are required by law to maintain the privacy and security of your protected health information (PHI).

How we typically use and share your information
Treatment. We use your information to provide care and may share it with other professionals involved in your care, such as laboratories, pharmacies (including compounding pharmacies) and specialists you are referred to.
Payment. We use your information to bill and collect payment for services, including processing card, HSA and FSA payments, and, where applicable, submitting lab claims to your insurer.
Health care operations. We use your information to run our practice, improve your care and contact you when necessary, including appointment reminders sent by text, phone or email.
Business associates. We share information with vendors that help us operate, such as our scheduling and electronic records provider. They must sign agreements to protect your information.
Other ways we may use or share your information
We are allowed or required to share your information in other ways, usually for purposes that contribute to the public good, when the law allows. These include:
- Public health and safety, such as reporting adverse reactions to medications, preventing disease, and reporting suspected abuse, neglect or domestic violence
- Preventing or reducing a serious threat to anyone’s health or safety
- Complying with the law, including when the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services wants to confirm we are complying with federal privacy law
- Health oversight activities authorized by law, such as audits and licensure reviews by the South Carolina Board of Nursing
- Responding to lawsuits, legal actions, court orders and subpoenas
- Law enforcement purposes, workers’ compensation claims, and special government functions
- Responding to organ and tissue donation requests and working with a medical examiner or funeral director
- Reporting to the South Carolina prescription monitoring program when we prescribe controlled substances, such as testosterone, as required by law
Your choices
You can tell us your preference about sharing information with family, close friends or others involved in your care. If you are unable to tell us, such as when you are unconscious, we may share information if we believe it is in your best interest.
We will never share your information without your written permission for marketing purposes or the sale of your information.
Your rights
- Get a copy of your health record. You can ask to see or get an electronic or paper copy of your medical record. We will provide a copy or summary, usually within 30 days, and may charge a reasonable, cost-based fee.
- Ask us to correct your record. You can ask us to correct information you think is incorrect or incomplete. We may say no, but we will tell you why in writing within 60 days.
- Request confidential communications. You can ask us to contact you in a specific way or at a different address or phone number. We will say yes to all reasonable requests.
- Ask us to limit what we use or share. You can ask us not to use or share certain information for treatment, payment or operations. We are not required to agree. If you pay for a service out of pocket in full, you can ask us not to share that information with your health insurer, and we will say yes unless the law requires us to share it.
- Get a list of those we have shared information with. You can ask for a list of the times we have shared your information for six years prior to the date you ask, who we shared it with, and why, excluding disclosures for treatment, payment, operations and certain others.
- Get a copy of this notice. You can ask for a paper copy at any time, even if you agreed to receive it electronically.
- Choose someone to act for you. If you have given someone medical power of attorney or if someone is your legal guardian, that person can exercise your rights and make choices about your health information.
- File a complaint. If you feel we have violated your rights, contact our Privacy Officer below. You can also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, 200 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, D.C. 20201, by calling 1-877-696-6775, or online at hhs.gov/ocr/complaints. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.

These Terms of Use govern your use of rowellness.net (the “Site”), operated by Ro Wellness LLC (“Ro Wellness,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
Information on the Site is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an evaluation by a licensed provider. Do not delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read here. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
No provider-patient relationship
Visiting the Site, calling, emailing or booking a discovery call does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you complete our intake process and are evaluated by our provider.
Treatment and results
Treatments, including GLP-1 medications, hormone therapy, pellet therapy, peptides, IV therapy and aesthetic procedures, are offered only when our provider determines they are clinically appropriate. Not every patient qualifies, and individual results vary. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.
Some therapies may use compounded medications prepared by licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Your provider will explain your options.
Location and licensure
Our provider is licensed in South Carolina. Telehealth visits are available only to patients who are physically located in South Carolina at the time of the visit.
Appointments, fees and cancellations
Prices listed on the Site are current as of the date posted and may change. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee or lose a deposit.
Third-party services
The Site links to services operated by others, including Jane App for booking. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
Intellectual property
The Ro Wellness name, logos, photographs, videos and content on the Site belong to Ro Wellness or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ro Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for care provided to patients.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
Changes

Telehealth Informed Consent

This page explains what to expect from telehealth (video) visits at Ro Wellness LLC. Patients review and sign this consent through our patient portal before their first video visit.
What telehealth is
Telehealth means receiving care from our provider through secure, real-time audio and video technology instead of an in-person visit. Your provider may review your history, discuss symptoms, review lab results, and recommend or prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate.

- Easier follow-up visits and lab reviews
Risks and limitations
- Your provider cannot perform a hands-on physical exam, so some conditions may require an in-person visit at our Florence office, labs, or referral to another provider.
- Technology problems, such as a poor connection, may interrupt or delay a visit.
- Although we use secure platforms, in rare cases electronic information could be accessed by unauthorized people despite reasonable safeguards.
- Some medications, including controlled substances such as testosterone, may require an in-person visit under current federal or state rules.
Your responsibilities
- Be physically located in South Carolina during every telehealth visit, and tell us your location at the start of each visit.
- Join from a private, quiet place, and use a device you trust.
- Provide complete and accurate health information.
- Do not record a visit without your provider’s permission. We do not record visits without yours.
Emergencies
Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If an emergency arises during a visit, your provider may contact emergency services at the location you gave us.
Your rights
- Telehealth is voluntary. You may choose an in-person visit instead, and you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting your right to future care.
- The same privacy protections apply to telehealth as to in-person care, as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
- You may ask for a copy of this consent at any time.
Fees
Telehealth visits are billed at the same rates as in-person visits unless we tell you otherwise before your appointment.
